iPhone iOS 8.3 will not activate iMessage

    Anyone having issues activating iMessage? Both my parents iPhone 5's on 8.3 won't activate iMessage. My MIL's is also experiencing issues. I haven't looked at hers to see if it says Not Activated.

    1. toggled iMessage reboot and repeat.
    2. removed iCloud account and readded.

    Some things to consider.
    iMessage and FaceTime both need app password if you are running 2 step verification.

    Turn off both iMessage and FaceTime on all of yr devices.

    Maybe even sign out of Apple ID also.

    Make sure you are using the same apple ID on all yr devices.

    Also I have much quicker signing in success if I do it all over wifi not cellular.

    Never had it fail if I do all of the above.
