Is the bug where the battery percentage skips to 59%, 53%, 29%, 26%, and 14% fixed in iOS 8.4 beta?

Nope not yet. It's still not fixed in iOS 9 beta 2 yet!

A few people in some iOS 9 beta 2 threads have mentioned that the percentage display issue isn't there anymore.
