IOS 8 and safari

Why did safari ask permission to access my contacts? 1st time I have seen this. Never asked when I had my S4 but my new IP6+ sure asked. I blocked it of course. Anyone else see this?
 
No one has seen this? Go to General>Restrictions- scroll down to privacy, select contacts. This will tell you if any apps have requested access. In my case, safari is listed. I denied it. Should be no reason what safari needs access to my contacts. Suggest you check your phone.
