iPhone ios 8 Apps on iphone 4!?

Hi, I just bought an Fitbit Charge HR.
But I cant use the App, because it need IOS 8 and I have an iPhone with IOS7(there is no high version for iPhone 4).

so is there any chance to add thie App to my phone?
Can I download a latter version?

If there was an older version of the app then it would give you an option to download the older version.
Judging by the nature of the Fitbit I think you're out of luck on this one.
