I have found that the iCloud Photo Library is uploading the photos in the background, I have turned it off and I'll see if happens to drain the battery

Have you tried going into airplane mode for an hour and seeing if it's background cellular/wifi usage?

No, what I'm saying is that all I did was an OTA upgrade and yet my battery life is MUCH better than it was with b4. It's back to iOS7 levels, which is great!

Ahh, yeah beta 5 has been running great. Small hiccup here and there but not bad.

I updated from beta 3 to beta 5 and installed as a new phone (iPhone 5s, bought 05/2015) and its 10% draining per hour at no use or 15-20% per hour on a more then normal use of the phone.

restore to 8.4 and a new installation of 9 beta 5 was NOT changing anything.

the problem does only happen when there is an apple watch paired with the phone.
on the same phone with Bluetooth and wifi off (apple watch unpaired) the battery draining is on a normal level.

This is actually about iOS 8 (vs 9).
