iOS 8 Beta 5: Stuck at iMessage and FaceTime updated screen

I am stuck at this screen after updating to iOS 8 Beta 5.

Please, I need someone to help me! I am registered as a developer.

LOL, usually when you ask for help on a forum for a problem you have and end up fixing the problem, you let people know what you did to fix it in case they have the same problem. Wanna help a brother out? I'm stuck here as well

Hi,
When you first slide to unlock at the welcome screen, tap skip this step and go along from there. That worked for me. Then activate them manually in setting.

This also happened to me! Did the same to fix the problem.

I had this happen too. I just rebooted the phone and it worked.

I did that a bunch of times. Worked for my iPad Air but my iPod touch would not work so I had to skip the step.
