iOS 8 Beta 5 to Public Release

Never upgraded to GM, can I get to the public release OTA. Not currently showing up.

Yes. I just did this. It showed up OTA for me today, but I downloaded the GM IPSW a few days ago but I've been too busy to install. So instead of waiting for it to download OTA, I held AltOption and clicked on check for updates in iTunes. Finder select file window pops up, I selected the GM IPSW, had no issues updating.
