iOS 8 beta 5 touch issues

Just gone from 7.1.2 to beta 5 and noticed that occasionly the touch screen doesn't respond when pressed. It doesn't freeze, just doesn't seem to register a touch. It's rare. Not a hardware issue. Anyone else? Device is an iphone 5.

Only a hard reset helps.
