With this i begin to see what people meant when they said that with iOS 7, apple lost genuinity in iOS. In this video, together with that (hopefully wrong) rendering of the new iPhone, the whole thing to me looks just like any android phone..
Even though I like iOS 7, it's true that the skeuomorphism was standing out against windows phone and android with their purely graphical interface..

Ouch! My eyes!

Personally, I had a difficult time watching anything on the screen of the device beyond the fake reflections that remained motionless and fixed in-place relative to all the icons and features of the concept OS, even as the device was being tilted at different angles relative to it's theoretical external light source.

Otherwise, the concept looks interesting!

I much prefer the darker colours, looks a bit more professional but still maintains the fun element that iOS 7 has.

The notification centre is the most improved! Love it!

Honestly it's just what we currently have in a different layout. You'll get bored quickly.

I'd prefer a more functional Notification center with improved animations system wide for notifications and the ability to close specific notifications. Clearing all notifications with a click of a button would be appreciated too.

The Today View could perhaps use a redesign for a larger screen and more pictures rather than text. This just doesn't seem realistic.

Maybe because its a hell of a lot easier creating a concept than ACTUALLY implementing something working in an operating system.

Concepts will always look more fancy and "futuristic" than reality.

Also a concept video doesn't have to think every single detail through in regards to actually using it and how it flows with the rest of the design. There's a huge difference between actually using something, and just seeing some fancy demo that doesn't have to think it all the way through.

Exactly... People just don't understand that... Like they've never been to auto expos... The car manufacturers show concepts which just blow your mind... But when those same models are production ready they are nowhere close to those concepts...

Lets be real... all the iOS concepts always includes USEFUL and intuitive features that Apple NEVER has integrated.

I wish these concepts were close to what Apple ACTUALLY releases in iOS, but its never even remotely as cool, intuitive, functional or useful. Its always what Apple BELIEVES we should want/need.

The assistance one macrumors had for Siri was spot on apart form it's name - some are close and some are way off - we don't know and we will probobly get more of a realistic idea closer to the time
