iOS 8 Failed to Update

I received this error message twice now, I am giving up for today.

Just like the iPhone 6 pre order fiasco, Apple gets all the loyal customers hyped up to update to iOS 8 , but they don't have the infrastructure in place to handle the traffic.

In this particular error, it wastes 1/2 hour of time downloading and then preparing to update before it decides to crap out......

Haven't had so much fun since I last tried to update Windows in my Pre Apple days.

I'm having the same problem with my iPad Air. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I was on Beta 5 on my iPad. Were you on the Betas as well? It downloads the update, but right before it finishes it says "not enough storage" but I have more then enough. I basically wiped everything off my iPad already.
