iOS 8 keeps asking me to enter iCloud password

I've restarted the phone, I've signed out then signed back into my iCloud on my iPhone 5S...it keeps popping up like every minute to enter my iCloud password. I keep doing it and nothing is changing. What can I do?

I've restarted the phone, I've signed out then signed back into my iCloud on my iPhone 5S...it keeps popping up like every minute to enter my iCloud password. I keep doing it and nothing is changing. What can I do?

This also happened to me. I went into Settings/iCloud and entered it there and then it got verified and once that happened, all was good.
