Sometimes mail notified me one new email then I opened mail app and mail started getting more than 1 new emails AND mail app flashed screen with new messages. Also I often did not get vibration with new email nofication but it will only AFTER I opened mail app. I don't know if I explained it very clear to you with my best as I can. Thank you
