iOS 8 Mail flags - any changes?

Has anything improved with iOS 8 mail flags? For example, can you assign different categories or flag colours?

Thanks for any tip offs!
 
Shame, i'm sure this is an enterprise need or at least work need to categorise mail. Thanks for the input anyhow!
