Yes, I'm eager to know this too. I fear not because it looks like he only has Arctic Monkeys albums on his iPhone.Sorry, I meant click on "Artists" first, then "Arctic Monkeys"...don't start in the "Album" Category, because that is a different viewing option.
Sadly it looks like they haven't fixed anything
Thanks for this screenshot. I was hoping they'd changed it so Artists>Albums didn't still show all the songs on each album. Makes the Music app difficult for me since I have quite a few box sets.

So, they brought back delete artist. That's great. You could delete songs, albums and artists in iOS 6 but not in iOS 7. Only songs. I gather deleting albums works?
I highly recommend you get the app Picky. So they haven't changed the artist browsing. Shame.
Looks like I won't be using my iPhone for music anytime soon.
One real BIG change. For the first time since they did this new music app. it finally all WORKS. All of the album art shows and the Artist art added in ios 7 is finally complete. You can also delete a full album again. So working is a big change for me.So no real changes to the music app? I don't see much of anything in your pictures.
He meant the artist view functionality where albums could be individually selected under an artist collection.Because this is iOS 8
You have no clue about what I wrote, all you saw was iOS6, your comment was not helpful.Because this is iOS 8
Billy understands...it's the "functionality" of the artist tab, it worked in iOS6 and it was functional, useful and saved you time, they could have brought this same simplicity to iOS7 and now iOS8 but Apple took the simplicity away. It makes no sense, they are penalizing the customer who has 50 or more albums by a single artist. He meant the artist view functionality where albums could be individually selected under an artist collection.
I still don't understand why they changed it as it makes browsing a lot more tedious.
