iOS 8 Quick Reply Bug

Hello,

Has anyone else noticed in all the Betas that if you are replying to a message using Quick Reply and you receive another message that takes over and you loose everything you have typed so far?

I find this very frustrating as it seems to happen when I've typed a long reply then I get another message and it is all lost.

I couldn't find this in the forums, not sure if I may have a setting wrong?

How would I report this to Apple?
