Something's not quite right about 'Tips'. Apple has always strived to make the OS so intuitive and self-explanatory that most users wouldn't need a guide, so the concept of the app seems odd. Also, Grid System:

lol straight copy paste of OSX icons, seems legit.
Why add more crap instead of simplify? I though Apple was about, "it just works." This just doesn't.
I may be the only one but with Notes and Pages all free now I really don't see the point of TextEdit anymore. I can't remember the last time I've used the application. For me, if this is true, TextEdit on the iPhone will be another app that goes into my folder of apps I can't remove but don't want to see.
Half of the icons in iOS 7 don't really follow the "grid system."
Half of the icons in iOS 7 don't really follow the "grid system." You can't criticize the Healthbook icon because..well..it's essentially the currently in-place Passbook icon.

Plus, you'll find the word Previews is ever so slightly off centre to the icon
EDIT: same for Healthbook
But I didn't even mention Healthbook. In fact, that clearly fits.
I didn't criticize anything in my post.
