iOS 8 to iOS 7, iCloud lose everything?

If I downgrade from ios8 to ios7, will I lose everything from icloud? As I am sure my phone has auto backed up to icloud over the last few days. I have a itunes back up before I upgraded to ios8 is this good enough to have all my settings contacts, in app data like whatsapp convos?
 
If you use your iTunes backup from just before upgrading, this will take you back to the point of that backup.

iCloud backups made from iOS 8 will require iOS 8 to be restored.
iTunes backups that you made from iOS 7 will still work, though.

Yeah, I've done this on one of my devices and if you still have a backup from iOS 7 it'll work fine with a DFU downgrade.
 
All your iCloud's backups and iCloud's documents have done with iOS 7 will be available after downgrade from iOS 8 to iOS 7. 🙂
