I updated my IOS devices to IOS 9.02 earlier today and Apple Music keeps asking me to sign up Apple Music which I already did 3 month ago. I ended up power cycle these IOS devices to fix it. Anyone has this issue, just power cycle your device.

Seems like a simple issue that a restart has fixed. Bit on a non-issue really.
