iOS 9.2.1 Safari crashing when tapping search bar

Anyone else getting this crash? It started after updating to 9.2.1.

You simply tap on the Safar search bar and Safari crashes.

I now have to open a Google search page first and do a traditional search there.

This is non 3rd party app related for me. Happens no matter what.

Definitely a bug.

Clearing history and data does exactly what? It won't affect my keychain will it?
