I kinda of agree. I predicted that last week. I don't think we will see more betas, because unlike traditional .X updates, this is mainly bug fixes, so less testing is needed.

At this rate, I think we will see something higher than 9.4 before iOS 10.

There is no way they are going to keep us at Beta 3 for 3 weeks with 1/2 being 1 week each. If it doesn't come out today or tomorrow, we won't see it until December because of Thanksgiving, and that seems off.
