iOS 9.2 upgrade will re-download all songs saved for off-line

It's been briefly discussed on some other forums but not enough in my opinion. If you are using Apple Music, upgrading to iOS 9.2 will force it to re-download everything saved for off-line listening. Beware.

My iPhone is currently re-downloading 900 songs (about 40 GB of music). Good thing I'm on a fast wifi network at work.

This is a bug. When I restored my iPad, it stopped doing this.
