Resolved iOS 9.3.4 ipsw not being signed?

I've tried downloading the ipsw file from ipsw.me and update my iPhone 6 via iTunes, yet it returned an error telling me that the device is not eligible for the specific build.
Next i tried clicking "download and update" button in the iTunes application, a same error occurred.
I suspect the 9.3.4 ipsw file is not signed by Apple for some reason, had anyone here encountered the same issue?

According to ipsw.me (iPhone 6) its not being signed yet. How weird.

The page actually reveals all 9.3.4 ipsw files are not being signed by Apple. But OTA update works, at least on my iPad.

Yeah, no OTA problems on my devices either. Very strange.

Resolved. Just updated via iTunes, the ipsw file is signed by Apple now.

There is usually a delay between OTA and the ipsw file even being there

Not this time. Both are released simultaneously, yet the ipsw is not signed by Apple in the first hour after its release.
