iPad iOS 9.3 locked out of device.

anyone else have this issue.. installed iOS 9.3 on iPad Mini (didn't have a passcode on it) and now not only does it have a mysterious passcode nope it has a complex password so now cannot even get on iPad anymore... Now been on hold with Apple now to talk to a agent for past like 30 minutes.

I assume you didn't once have a password on the iPad?

Not to rub it in your face, but my iPad mini upgraded with no hassle.

what you're describing is impossible. Many people have also created threads in the past about itunes backup asking for password, which they never set. But fact is they did at some point and forgot. So in your case, if its asking for a password, you must have set it at some point, simple. There's no other way.
