iOS 9.3 update, even though I'm already on 9.3?

Not sure why I'm being prompted to update to 9.3 when I'm already on iOS 9.3.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Happened to my iPhone 5S and iPad Air.

I had the same thing happen on my 5s. I also noticed that iTunes is reporting that I have 12.2GB free on my 5s while the phone reports 10.2GB free. I'm pretty certain that this discrepancy did not exist before 9.3, anyone else?

Had the same issue. Just installed it again. 5s seems to be running smoother.
