Anyone else using the 9.3(beta 3) or 9.3(beta 4) public beta have your Instant Hotspot stop working?
If I open the Hotspot section of my iPhone's Settings, the iPhone will show up in the standard list of available networks for my iPad and Mac. But no more Instant Hotspot, without having to turn on the iPhone and enter settings.

An iOS 9.3 bug, or is there a trick to get it working? (I did report it as a potential bug through the Feedback app...)

It stopped working on one out of three devices while I was on beta 3. Beta 4 seems to have fixed it though. It was related to an iCloud verification bug.

Thanks.
Not for me, though. Still refusing to show up on any devices.
I've tried resetting, logging out-and-back-in to iCloud, resetting network settings... nothing. Oh well. Guess I'll wait to see if they resolve it somehow.

Try to avoid doing a restore on that specific device. Wait til next beta as there were issues with iCloud validation when people tried to fix it with a restore after encountering this problem.

Well, I guess I jinxed myself. My iPad Mini 4 LTE just stopped showing up as Instant Hotspot on my iPod Touch 6. All devices are on Beta 4.
