iOS 9 Application disappeared after Restoring Backup

Hello again,
Seems like it's a common issues for iPhone users that when trying to restoring backup from and old iPhone to their new iPhone 6s everything will be replaced but application.

I want to know is there any way to solve this problem?

Sometimes applications that have been removed from the App Store cannot be restored.
