1. So it seems that when I go to my email, then open the message and delete it. It keeps popping back up until I hit the back button.

2. I also noticed that the UI lags/ studders at times.

Yep, iOS 9 is another terrible release from Apple. I have a similar issue where my phone messages won't delete. I delete them and they keep popping back. The UI is also laggy on my iPhone 6 Plus, and some apps won't let me update from the app store -- tells me I can "open" the app, but not update it.

Syncing through iTunes 12.3 has never been worse too. It converts all my phones (26,000) to "other data," and half the time the sync stalls. iTunes has been like this for awhile, so it's nothing really new, but 12.3 made it even slower.

I occasionally have the same lag/stutter when going back to the home screen from a folder/app.

New bug I found: when using a Bluetooth keyboard, hit command+space bar to go to the search screen. start typing...it's stuck on CAPS LOCK (even though the keyboard is not set to CAPS LOCK). If I use CAPS LOCK on the keyboard, then it starts typing in lower case.

WEIRD.

I am not seeing any lag at all on my iPad Air 2. However, I did install 9.0 by doing a DFU Restore as I was running the 9.1 public beta. Not sure if that matters, but I was reading about others on Reddit that have lag issues on their devices including at least 1 person with an iPad Air 2.

Same here on my iPhone 5 (not that people care about us 5 users any longer, oh wait no 6 or 6s in this size)
