iOS 9 GM Candidate?

I received an email from the Apple Beta Software Program stating that I "qualified" for an El Capitan GM "Candidate" version that I can download via the public beta (through a special download process). That makes leads me to believe Apple will also be releasing an iOS 9 GM for not only the developers, but also Public Beta users.

Seems like if they were going to do it they would have done it already (given that they already did it for OS X).

I'd hope so. I keep getting these messages on both my iPad and iPhone
