ios 9 has broken my iphone 4s

it has a blank screen with slide to upgrade and somehow the touch screen doesn't work any more please help.

If rebooting (perhaps a few times) doesn't get it working, then reinstall?

literally cant connect to itunes or run it outa power keeps auto locking but cant turn the phone of completely for some reason.

Hold the sleep/lock and the home button together for about 10 seconds until power turns off and the Apple logo comes on?

nope wont work jus keeps saying its updated and then throwing me onto the slide to upgrade page

I would try DFU restore. There are lots if instructions on the web. Heres a random one I found.

I've got a 5s and I cant get mine off that screen, I've reset it so many times even attempted to connect it to itunes and wipe it but it hasn't made a difference, it turns on and asks for my login but it just wont get past the 'swipe to upgrade'
