iOS 9: No mail in notification center

When I get an email, the badge shows up, the sound goes off, but when I swipe down to bring up notification center, nothing. And this is just with mail, it seems.

Tried all the toggles, and nothing seems to fix it.

Anyone else noticing this?

You make sure banners is selected in the graphic display option? There is a toggle and a picture of it below.

Yes. And I mean within the notification center itself.
