iPad iOS 9 Notes: How to indent with keyboard?

I've been trying to use iOS 9's Notes with my Smart Keyboard, but there seems to be no way to make a bulleted list and then change the indentation the bullets. I would have assumed Tab & Shift-Tab to have done this like it does on the desktop, but it does not.

Is there a keyboard shortcut or a method that I'm missing? It's awfully easy in OneNote...
