i am enrolled in the beta and I have assistant app on my home screen but when I go to the settings and try to update to iOS 9 it's says "iOS 8.4 is update to date" any help in getting iOS 9 to come threw?

Did you install the ios 8 beta profile or the ios 9 beta profile?

It should be clearly state that's a "iOS 9 Beta Software Profile".

yes it's iOS 9 apple wouldn't be sending out betas to software that has already gone GM

Someone mentioned this in another thread so I'm just giving you what I read there. Try turning wifi off, going to software update, checking for an update. If the update shows, go back to wifi and install the update. Some had trouble getting the update option on wifi for some reason.

Also make sure you have removed the 8.x profile if you had it before and still have it now.

A restart is an option too but that gets said often enough that I assume you tried it already?

Ok I'll try that. How could I remove the 8 profile

Yeah that profile isn't in there i just have the iOS 9 profile.
I had a different issue when trying to install the beta. Ultimately the only way I got it to work was wiping it back to factory settings setting up as new and then installing it. After I did that I resorted from my backup. I would give that a go.
