iOS 9 spotlight search not showing apps on iPhone 6

Since upgrading to iOS 9 spotlight search does not show the apps installed on my iPhone 6.

I have tried turning off general>spotlight search>siri suggestions and then restarting the phone & turning back on & reset all settings, neither of these has worked.

Does anybody have any fixes?
