iPhone Ios 9 tapping Yahoo to add new mail acct not working

Hi I've an iPhone 6s running latest iOS

When I goto mail add new account in settings and tap the yahoo button nothing happens. It should show the yahoo login screen but nothing happens!

Is this a bug or what pls assist
