I am sorry for posting two post asking where stuff is but from what I remember there was also sub forums for the beta testers

The administrators create new sub forums when its a major release, i.e., there was a iOS9 and El Cap sub forums to discuss the beta, but we've never created beta sub forums for any point releases.
