iOS app store download not working?

All, is it just me or is there some problem with ios app store, because downloading app is not happening, but access is fine.

Here also. Apps aren't updating, IAP isn't working.

I had the same problem earlier & I had to delete the app in question & reinstall fom the Purchased section.

Seemed to fix it...

Sometimes it just takes a really long time to start

I had this problem a few days back. Go into general>reset network settings. Fixed it for me.

Same here..

I have the same problem exactly too.. Tried everything; resetted my network settings; changed Apple ID password... Renooted device... Everything, But NO USE!!!
That's just frustrating...
Hope you guys find some fix to this soon..
