iOS B4 - Update Progress Stuck at white background, black apple, progress bar screen

The software successfully updated, but it hangs after the white welcome screen that says "Slide to Update". I slide, enter my passcode, and it sticks for hours.

Once it made it halfway before stopping, but that is as far as I have gotten.

First happened on the OTA update, and then the same thing on a manual attempt.

Never had this problem... sounds like a call to Apple support is in order.
