My suspicious to this is probably assuming you have Apple Watch with Music sync? You may need to try to re-sync music as it may have failed and it keeps reattempting to re-sync which could account for the battery drain from App Store. If it doesn’t work, you’ll need to unpair and re-pair the Watch.
As time goes on it should drop (since this is measurement of usage over time compared to everything else) if it's not actually still using the battery. It’s dropped a bit down to 36 percent now anyone else know?

Well, that could also depend on if you are actually using the App Store at various points in time.Well seems it increased to 37 just trying to figure this out...
Because of the App Store somehow?I was listening to Apple Music earlier and after I finished (25 mins) my battery drained 15% in less than a minute.
Question is anyone elses phone getting insanely hot as well? Thermometer says 95 and climbing when using spotify only...
I had a similar issue with my 7 on iOS 10.x feeling very hot constantly, even when I wasn't doing anything on it. Got to the point where I would get so used to it and until I would hold someone else's phone and realize it wasn't normal. Eventually I restored it and set up as new. If you're on the 11.4 beta, it's not as much of a pain now with Messages in iCloud.
