Currently I am unable to utilize airplay from my phone(IOS 8 beta 4) to my Apple TV 3rd gen running 6.2 os. IS airplay disabled?

It is a bit buggy and has problems with some video streaming and it wasn't showing up for me either at first BUT try turning on Bluetooth. I did that and it found my Apple TV for Airplay instantly.
