So I am on version 13a4293g of iOS 9. I think that was beta 3 on my developer account. Well my developer account expired and I have the beta profile on it, but it won't update at all. It just says I'm up to date. Aside from downgrading to 8.4 and then doing the beta profile again, are there any other options? Well beside from re-upping my developer account.

Go ahead and sign up for the public beta, if it's still an option.

I have been on the developer beta for a while with no profile. You might delete your profile and try the update again. If still no, restart after the profile is removed and try again to update. I started with the public beta profile, deleted it and have been given the developer updates ever since.

so my phone prompts me there is a new update, then I go to settings and software update and nothing, says I'm up to date. This makes no sense.
