iOS bricked my iPad

Hey y'all. I installed iOS 11 on my iPad Mini 2 on Monday. It worked fine till it ran out of battery this morning. Now it won't take a charge. It will show the white startup screen with the apple logo but will go no further. It flickered a few times but never left the startup screen. When I tried doing a hard reset on it (Home button + Lock button at same time), it took me back to the screen saying that it needed to be charged. Won't show up on iTunes on my Mac.

Won't work for mine since I can't restore it since it won't hold a charge. I read that before I started this thread.

The iPad can charge, it just won’t get pass the apple boot logo. Charge about 30 min and then restore normally to iOS 10. I’ve been 3 times in your situation since Monday.
