I was thinking the same thing.
Yea. Back when all you had to do to jailbreak was just go to jailbreakme.com on the device and hit a button, you didn't even need a computer. And you know that there is an iPhysics Lite in the App Store. It came out a long time ago and the full version was supposed to come out not long after but now the developer disappeared. But it's no where near as good as the jailbreak version.
So, Miley Cyrus is 17... Is that really such a bad thing if Stridemat is say, 18-19? I can't really see the fault in that...

How sad. There were many great kids educational software companies that were bought up in the late 1990's by major media, like and including Disney, who then destroyed the companies and abandoned the titles such that they never got brought to OSX. Is this what we'll see again here?

Uhhh... maybe because he holds the largest amount out of any individual entity that holds a stake in the company? He doesn't own a majority stake (over 50% of the company), which could be implied by the statement he is the largest holder of the company.
