iPhone 7S running 10.2.1.
I'm playing with migrating from Google Drive to iCloud Drive, but I'm having an annoying problem with the iCloud Drive app.
I make a change in the iCloud folder on my Mac (running Sierra). The mac marks the change as uploaded. Going to the web interface on icloud.com shows the change. But the iCloud Drive app on my phone doesn't show the update.
However, if I make a change on my phone, e.g. adding a folder or moving a file, the change from the Mac will be updated also on the phone.
So it seems my app only fetches changes when the phone wants to sync a change, but it doesn't push changes from other devices.
Rebooting the phone or reinstalling the iCloud Drive app doesn't help
