iOS iCloud Storage Almost Full. . .

My mum keeps getting these emails.

So I looked on her iPad, and her iPhone and deleted all her photos.

Yet the little iCloud backup settings area in iOS shows that the backup will have over 4GB of photos taking up nearly all the space.

Can someone please tell me how in the name of the sweet lord Jesus, I can FORCE remove these considering that I have already deleted them.

[doublepost=1465755839][/doublepost]I turned off Photo backups in the manage storage and even though it only showed 1.4gb. . .the backup sized reduced by 3.8.
