iOS Jailbreak Windows 10

Everytime I try to run Pangu9 I always get the error that the app wont run cause it isn't compatible. What do I do?

Right click Pangu application, go to properties. In the top tabs, select compatibility. Run compatibility mode Windows 7 or 8 and save. Right click Pangu application and run as administrator.
Also before that check the iTunes version, you need to have the latest one.

I did that and it is still saying it. Should I restart my laptop.

I think I know what it was. My wifi was being weird when downloading it and I it was saying 1 mb/s but only took 3 minutes to download. The application says its only 3 mb which cannot be right

no try redownloading. it should be 73 mb or so
