iOS Mail, swipe down during composition

I just discovered this tip and it is really useful: while composing a message you can swipe down to temporarily move the message to the bottom of the screen. This allows browsing other messages!

You may have been ale to do this for ages, but I only just discovered it. So useful!

I thought I'd share in case other members didn't know about it.

Definitely a useful feature. It was a welcome addition when Apple made it available I think back in iOS 8 or perhaps even 7. There have been some other ones that have been added since those days as well (like being able to use 3D Touch to peek/pop into messages, for example).

You can also have multiple tabs/emails. Just swipe down one email and start a new one.

Exactly! It is so useful, yet not at all obvious that it is possible from the graphic user interface!
