    Hi all

Don't know if this is a known bug in iOS 8 but sometimes when I get the notification banner at the top of the screen it doesn't go away, and just stays there until I press it.

    Anyone else experience this?

Not me but others on here have said the same thing. Also that sometimes they cannot even swipe up to dismiss it.

For me it depends on the app. Some apps let you swipe the notification up and away, and some make you wait or touch it to go to that app.

Might just be third party apps that need an update to address the issue. Let's not forget iOS 8 just came out... tons of developers still need to fix things.

I have noticed it with some third party apps, but mostly with the built in messages app. Hope they fix this soon, as its annoying to keep switching the phone off and on to correct it.
