iOS Parallax Gyroscope Question

Hi

I have an iPhone 4S, and the Parallax Gyroscope seems to use a lot of juice.
However, I don't want to completely disable the Parallax effect, only the 3D effect that uses the gyroscope in the menu, Safari tabs, volume settings pop-up etc.
Is there a jailbreak tweak for this? (disable gyroscope for parallax COMPLETELY in ALL apps)

Yes somewhat I fixed the Wifi, but there are other iOS problems lurking
