I want to create an iOS app like YouTube's, that buffers videos in the app. Most of the movies are free but others needed some payment. The question is, should I use in-app purchases for the paid movies or 3rd party for credit card payment?

can i just use 3rd party credit card payment??

They are saying that Apple frowns upon methods that circumvent using in app purchases to add items/features to your app. For example, the e-book reader apps on the app store used to have a way in which you could circumvent using in app purchases to purchase books. Apple updated their rules in order to stop that so they (Apple) would get 30% on any purchases made, just like they do on app purchases.
