iOS iOS SDK 4.1 not available yet?

Hi all,

Apple announces iOS 4.1 already, however, it seems that iOS SDK4.1 is not available for download yet. I still see the only version to download is 4.0.2 from iOS Dev center. Anyway, from developer.apple.com home page, I see that "iOS SDK4.1 GM seed is available for download", I just can't find it and can anyone tell me what does GM seed mean?

It's still in Beta. If you are a registered and paid developer, it shows up like usual under the IOS SDK Beta button.
